This Thursday and Friday in Manchester we’re attending the OCR Raspberry Jam, an event whose aim is to share the educational potential of the Raspberry Pi. There’s a bunch of speakers attending and there will be stands, demonstrations and other happenings all intended to share the fantastic, imaginative things that people have been up to with this super little Linux machine.
On Friday night there’s also the Jamboree after party, which in a stroke of serendipity is also the Raspberry Pi’s second birthday. The party is being organised by Lisa Mather, and there are still tickets left for less than £5.
Tickets for the Jamboree, as well as the party, are available here:
The party is on Feb 28th 4pm until 7pm, and we’re promised that there will be lots of Pi themed games and goodies on offer, including e-textiles and laser cut badges for all.
